If you are interested in utilizing an individualized training plan, please contact me via e-mail: and let me know what your goals are. I will reply with some questions as well as a pricing sheet for your review. We can then begin the process of training!

I personally create each training plan myself, according to your needs. They are intentional, yet created to be flexible with your schedule. I incorporate a holistic perspective into all the training plans that I create and will touch base with you occasionally, for feedback and comments. Training can be done virtually or, in person depending on location.
